Terms & Conditions
Enjoy your stay at Westcliffe Suites
No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted inside the property.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
Pets:
A maximum of two (2) dogs are allowed only in designated pet-friendly rooms.
$40 pet fee per stay.
Dogs must be registered before the reservation start date. Please notify us in advance if you will be traveling with pets so we can properly plan for cleaning and provide the best guest experience.
Failure to register pets in advance may result in a $250 additional pet cleaning fee.
Dogs must never be left unattended in the unit.
Guests are responsible for any damages. The credit card on file will be charged.
No cats or other animals are permitted (including but not limited to rodents, reptiles, birds, fish, insects, or any other pets).
No parties or events are allowed.
Makeup & Linens:
Please use the provided black washcloths and makeup removal wipes.
If makeup is found on towels, pillowcases, or sheets, a $15 linen replacement fee per stained item will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund (less a 3% transaction fee): 15 or more days prior to the reservation start date.
50% refund (less a 3% transaction fee): 8–14 days prior to the reservation start date.
No refund: Within 7 days of the reservation start date.
No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather, power outages, lack of air conditioning, or other acts of nature beyond the owner’s control.
