No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted inside the property.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
Pets:
A maximum of two (2) dogs are allowed only in designated pet-friendly rooms.
$40 pet fee per stay.
Dogs must be registered before the reservation start date. Please notify us in advance if you will be traveling with pets so we can properly plan for cleaning and provide the best guest experience.
Failure to register pets in advance may result in a $250 additional pet cleaning fee.
Dogs must never be left unattended in the unit.
Guests are responsible for any damages. The credit card on file will be charged.
No cats or other animals are permitted (including but not limited to rodents, reptiles, birds, fish, insects, or any other pets).
No parties or events are allowed.
Makeup & Linens:
Please use the provided black washcloths and makeup removal wipes.
If makeup is found on towels, pillowcases, or sheets, a $15 linen replacement fee per stained item will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund (less a 3% transaction fee): 15 or more days prior to the reservation start date.
50% refund (less a 3% transaction fee): 8–14 days prior to the reservation start date.
No refund: Within 7 days of the reservation start date.
No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather, power outages, other acts of nature beyond the owner’s control, lack of air conditioning, or the presence of wild animals including deer, raccoons, skunks etc.
Additional Fees Policy
-Please no smoking or vaping of any kind in any unit: $500 cleaning fee
-Pre-arranged Early Check-In: $25 per hour (1pm earliest)
-Pre-arranged Late Check-Out: $25 pet hour (1pm latest)
-If you have not pre-arranged an early check in or late check out and access the unit before 3pm or have not vacated by 11am, you will automatically be charged a $50 fee. We have a small window of time between reservations for cleaning and maintenance. Our staff needs access to the units during 11am-3pm unless you have pre-arranged an early check-in or late check-out.
-Make-up stains on towels, sheets, pillowcases: $15 per item
-Stained/stolen decor and bed pillows: $20 per item
-Please do not bathe dogs in the showers/tubs/sinks. Minimum $100 extra cleaning fee but guest can be charged more depending on total/cumulative time required to clean.
-Please do not dye your hair in our units. Minimum $100 extra cleaning fee but guest can be charged more depending on total/cumulative time required to clean.
-Unwashed Dishes: $50 fee
-If unit is trashed, vomit is present, or the unit is excessively dirty requiring extra cleaning above and beyond what is normal: minimum $100 fee but guest can be charged more depending on total/cumulative time required to clean.
Registered Pet Fee: $40 per reservation
Unregistered pet fee: $250 per reservation
Unattended dog fee/excessive barking or whining: $250 per reservation
Taking a pet into Valley or Patio Suites (NOT pet friendly): $500 deep clean fee
Bringing any pet/animal other than a dog into any units: $500 fee
